Bill’s Christmas menu receives a delicious makeover of limited-edition cocktails and dishes.

As festive lights switch on, ornamented trees stand tall, and the days get shorter, it can only mean one thing; Christmas is here. This season there’s no place like Bill’s Mermaid Quay, which will be providing treats for your eyes and bellies with a deliciously festive exclusive food and cocktail menu.

Get the party going with Bill’s new mouth-watering cocktail for Christmas. It’s be-GIN-ing to look a lot like Christmas with Bill’s new Gin-gle Bells (£2.99) cocktail, composed of Whitley Neill Raspberry Gin, Chambord and fresh pineapple. Additional cocktail favourites include the Passion Fruit Spritz (£8.75) with vodka, passion fruit liquer, vanilla syrup, finished with Prosecco and the Strawberry Margarita (£8.95) featuring tequila, strawberry purée, orange and lime.

Also now available is a new menu with a festive twist on classic Christmas menu items you know and love. Indulge yourself with the Christmas Truffle Cheese Fondue Burger (£14.95) made up of beef patty, truffle cheese fondue and cranberries, sandwiched in a seeded burger bun and topped off with its very own Santa hat. Truffle lovers will go wild for Bill’s Truffalo Sprouts (£6.25), a fresh take on the classic Christmas accompaniment made up of truffled Brussel sprouts with a vegan cheese dip and celery side. And to finish off the meal tuck into the Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree (£7.50), complete with a red berry cheesecake in a chocolate flowerpot, and Christmas tree with chocolate stars and baubles.

Still hungry? Give yourself a break from cooking by heading down to Bill’s on Boxing Day to feast on the Boxing Day Curry (£13.95), with turkey breast, spinach, carrot & parsnip in a warming Thai red curry sauce with coconut rice and a crispy rice cracker.

If you’re looking for a place to celebrate the season with friends, family or colleagues, book on Bill’s website or call the restaurant to avoid disappointment.
