NATIONAL CORONAVIRUS FIREBREAK IN WALES (23 October – 9 November 2020)

A short, sharp “firebreak” lockdown has been introduced across Wales to help regain control of coronavirus. The lockdown will run from 6pm on Friday 23 October to Monday 9 November.

During this period people must stay at home, except for very limited purposes, such as for exercise.

All non-food retail and hospitality businesses, including cafés, restaurants and pubs will be closed (unless they provide take-away or delivery services).

The following Mermaid Quay businesses will remain open, providing take-away, click & collect and/or delivery services or offer online shopping:

Please note that face coverings must be worn in indoor spaces, this includes the Mermaid Quay atrium and toilet facilities (which currently remain open to the public).
