wagamama veganuary suikatuna

WAGAMAMA’S VEGANUARY INNOVATION IS HERE

Try the suika ‘tuna’ at wagamama Mermaid Quay today. Suika means watermelon in Japanese + guess what? That’s what this ‘tuna’ is made from. Dehydrated watermelon is sliced, seared and served hot – with a look and texture incredibly similar to tuna.

Dressed with a miso sesame sauce, the suika ‘tuna’ steak sits on a bed of white rice with soy seasoning and accompanied by pickled radish, kale and tenderstem broccoli. The dish is served with an avocado, edamame and tofu guacamole.

The next wave of veganism is here!

This dish is only available in January, so catch it while you can!
