A new menu has arrived at wagamama Mermaid Quay and with it comes a bright new curry. Please welcome to the bench the Nikko Curry.
Nikko meaning sunlight in Japanese, it’s the hero of wagamama’s Autumn menu, designed to bring you warmth in the colder months. A fragrant coconut & turmeric curry with an abundance of fresh veg, including tenderstem broccoli, sweet potato, butternut squash, green beans & bok choi. It’s served with three different proteins – tofu & cauliflower, sea bream or chicken.
The Vegetable Tempura is a new vegan addition that is light and crisp and full of flavour. Crispy fried tenderstem broccoli, red pepper, sweet potato, asparagus & Wakame, all served with an irresistible sweet & sour dipping sauce. Or there’s Chicken Yakitori – beautifully marinated chicken skewers coated in a spicy teriyaki sauce, Shichimi & spring onion – delicious and perfect for sharing.
