Bill’s recently launched its new autumn menu – which features a strong focus on vegetarian and vegan dishes – is now available at Bill’s Mermaid Quay.

Following the success of the Veganuary menu, Bill’s decided to bring in even more non-meat based dishes.

Highlights include jackfruit salad bowl with spicy smoked chilli sauce with mixed grains and rice, edamame beans, red cabbage, toasted cashew nuts, lettuce with a mint and lime yoghurt as well as a gorgeous roasted butternut squash and feta risotto with baby spinach and courgette, topped with shredded fennel salad and toasted pumpkin seeds.

And, guests are encouraged to leave room for an autumnal spiced pear and raspberry Eton mess!  There’s also a range of cocktails being added to the menu, including a sparkling blackberry Negroni and a hazelnut and coffee Old Fashioned.
