Hunt down the BIG CATS at Mermaid Quay this Half Term

Mermaid Quay is putting the Tiger back into Tiger Bay this half term with an amazing display of 12 big cats plus some cubs, all made with LEGO bricks.

Well over 650,000 bricks have gone into the making of these incredibly detailed models of wild cat species from across the globe, ranging from the lions and cheetahs of the African Sahara, to the agile jaguars from South America. And, of course, we couldn’t bring them to Cardiff Bay without a fabulous Bengal tiger complete three cubs.

The big cats will be on display in Tacoma Square at Mermaid Quay throughout the half term, from Saturday 27 October to Sunday 4 November.

Welsh Water’s works will be suspended while the BIG CATS are in town.
