Try Las Iguanas’ NEW Spring menu

Take your taste buds from the beaches of Brazil to the streets of Mexico and the steak houses of Argentina with Las Iguanas’ new Spring menu. Enjoy a host of brand new additions, made lovingly from scratch by skilled chefs. There’s 15 new dishes taking up residence alongside classic favourites, like the Xinxim and Moqueca, Fajitas & Burritos.

Tasty Tapas

Try the brand new Pli’s Prawn Pastels, made using a secret recipe straight from Itaipu beach near Rio – pastries filled with succulent prawns in a mildly spiced coconut, mint, rosemary & cream cheese sauce.

Mini Chile Dogs have made the trip from the seasonal Hot List to the main menu, while Salt Cod Croquettes served with aioli will leave you dreaming of sunnier climes.
Or there’s the Peruvian favourite, Ceviche, making its menu debut. Made from scratch using sustainable white fish marinated in zingy tiger’s milk- a seafood lover’s dream.


The mains have had an upgrade

The ultimate showstoppers are the Maracanã sourdough bread bowls, spilling over with either butternut squash, palm hearts, spinach & peppers in a cheesy tomato sauce, or prawns in peanut, chilli & coconut.

Why not try the Dominican Goat Curry, a fiery goat and scotch bonnet chilli curry served with spring onion rice, fried plantain & pink pickled onions.


Living life on the veg?

Veggie/vegan & gluten-free menus are bigger & better than ever at Las Iguanas this spring.

If you’re in the mood for something a little lighter, try the delicious Green Quinoa Salad with avocado, lime, okra, coriander, sultanas and pink pickled onions on a bed of spinach, with a poppy and pumpkin dressing topped with pretty edible pansies – a vegan dish full of goodness & flavour.

You’ll be spoilt for choice at the Las Iguanas bar, with 25 new cocktails to try. The Passion Sour Bomb, a concoction of Malibu passion fruit, sour sherbet, orange & soda, is a flavour explosion sure to get you in the mood for a celebration. Or does the Honey Sour take your fancy? A mix of Jack Daniels, Cazcabel Honey Tequila, vanilla, pineapple, lemon & cardamom, or perhaps the classic Peruvian Pisco Sour, made egg-free for a vegan twist. And don’t worry – all cocktails & mocktails are still 2FOR1 ALL DAY, EVERY DAY*.
